David Bilchitz is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Johannesburg and Director of the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights and International Law (SAIFAC). He is also Secretary General of the International Association of Constitutional Law from June 2014 until 2018.
